Claim Advisors is a policyholder advocacy and claim recovery service. We help policyholders assess and pursue insurance grievances with insurers and through available redressal bodies. We act only for policyholders.
2. Not an insurer or intermediary
We are not an insurance company, broker or agent. We do not sell, solicit, arrange or service insurance policies and do not receive insurer commission. Nothing on this site is an offer of insurance.
3. Not a law firm or legal advice
Claim Advisors is not a law firm and does not practise law. Website information, process descriptions and calculator results are general information and do not create a lawyer-client relationship. Independent empanelled advocates provide legal advice and representation where separately engaged.
4. No guarantee
We do not guarantee acceptance of a claim, recovery of any amount or resolution within a specific period. Outcomes depend on the facts, policy wording, evidence, law and the decision of the relevant insurer or authority. Examples, figures, timelines and testimonials are illustrative and do not promise the same result.
5. Calculator
The fee calculator provides an estimate, not a binding quotation, and does not guarantee recovery or the final fee.
6. External bodies and links
We do not control insurers, regulators, forums or external websites and are not responsible for their availability, content, decisions or practices. Reference to an authority does not imply endorsement.
7. Accuracy
We use reasonable care to keep information current, but law, procedure and third-party requirements change. Verify time-sensitive information before acting.
